What type of loans do you offer? We offer Purchase/Rehab and Refinance loans.
Short term Bridge-Fix/Flip (Rehab) loans & Long term rental 30yr fixed Loans.
What type of properties can you lend on?
1-to-4-unit properties including Single family, Multi units, Condos, Townhouses.
What does my credit score need to be?
We can go as low as 620 on our Fix/Flip loans & the minimum for our refinance loans is 660.
How much can I qualify for?
Depending on your overall profile you can qualify from 75% to as high 90% of the purchase price.
You will also qualify for 100% of the Rehab cost.
Do I need to have experience?
No, we can lend to first time investors. However, lending leverages will be better with experience.
How much do I need to earn and what income would you need from me to qualify?
Nothing! No Paystubs, No W2’s, No 1099’s & No Tax Returns are required to qualify.
